Steven Ustaris is the Vice President of Agency Relations and Business Development for Boston based OwnerIQ, Inc.  In this capacity, Steven serves as the company’s agency liaison, and leads efforts to develop deep and long-lasting relationships with OwnerIQ’s current and future agency partners.

Prior to joining OwnerIQ, Steven was most recently with Studiocom, where he served as Group Media Director responsible for the formation and execution of the agency’s new digital media services model and social media approach.  Previously, Steven spent over 10 years with Carat, most recently as Group Media Director of the Boston office.

Steven has been a panelist and/or moderator for various professional discussion groups covering topics such as behavioral targeting, social media, data and measurement, and digital video.  He was selected as a speaker at the 2008 IAB conference in NY on ad networks and exchanges and was featured on the cover of the 2008 Adage supplement covering the same subject.  He has also sat on the advisory board for several key advertising networks.
